Edna Kainomugasho
Founder & Head Of Corperate Partnerships
Edna Kainomugasho is a Lawyer by training and an entrepreneur. She is the founder and the corporate partnerships officer at Mindset Revolution Africa.
She is the proprietor and Managing Director of Tuha wellness Centre. She is a Rotarian and a Humanitarian and has participated in both local and international humanitarian related projects including; Trainings, Fundraisings, sensitization and charity events.
She is a strong believer in the Ubuntu philosophy.
Edna has worked for different companies both local and international in departments of sales and business development and has altogether 10 years working experience.
She loves children and her passion is in creating ways that will shift mindsets from fixed to growth in order to realize purpose, value and potential for a holistic and integrated society.

David Rogers Kintu
Co-Founder & Director of Business and Enterprise
David Rogers Kintu is an Educationist who has been in the education field for the last 24years with 12 years in the National curriculum,7years as head of Makerere High School Migadde and now 7 years in an International Christian Curriculum (Accelerated Christian Education) serving currently as Principal of Asifiwe International Academy. David is passionate about character development and is a member of Character First Education fraternity based in the USA which promotes character building by focusing on the 49-character traits. David is a member of the Institute of International Global Leadership (IIGL). He is serving in Rotary with Rotary Club of Kampala Ssese Island and was President of the Club 2021 to 2022. He is currently Assistant governor in Rotary District 9213 for the period of 2023 to 2024. David is passionate about Youth Empowerment and he is committed to empowering young people and promoting economic growth in the region through the organization’s work.
Our Staff
Brian is an experienced professional with a passion for youth development, life coaching and media. He has worked extensively with youth organizations, empowering and mentoring young people to become confident and self-sufficient Individuals. He is so passionate in doing things that benefit and impact the community in a positive way. Brian Steven Nkalubo is the Media & Projects Officer for the organization responsible for overseeing media and project-related activities.
