Mindset Revolution Africa is a social enterprise based in Uganda, that’s dedicated to promoting social, economic transformation in Uganda and Africa at large. Our core mission is to equip children and youth with positive values, attitudes, and a growth mindset that will help them lead healthy and productive lives. We believe that by shifting mindsets from fixed to growth, we can help individuals realize their potential and contribute to holistic and integrated societies. Our organization achieves this by providing mentorship and skills training for social and economic transformation, as well as identifying and promoting talent in young people. Through our various programs and campaigns, we work towards creating a generation of inspired, well-mentored, and transformative leaders who can make a positive impact in their communities.

To shift mindsets from fixed to growth in order to realise purpose, value and potential for a holistic and integrated society through mentorship and skills impartation for social economic transformation.
The mission is to promote a growth mindset among individuals and society as a whole, in order to realize their full potential and create a more integrated and holistic society. This will be achieved through mentorship and skills impartation, with the aim of promoting social and economic transformation. By shifting mindsets from fixed to growth, individuals will be empowered to discover their purpose and value, leading to a more prosperous and harmonious society.
Some Of Our Focus Areas
Provide Character Training
Mindset Revolution Africa places a strong focus on character training for children and youth between the ages of 5 and 35 years old. We believe that character training is essential to the holistic development of young people and to creating positive change in their communities.
Provide Soft Skilling
This program focuses on developing the personal and interpersonal skills of young people, including mindset change. We believe that by fostering a growth mindset, we can help young people to achieve their full potential and pursue their goals with confidence.
Provide Vocational Training
This program is aimed at providing young people with the necessary skills to improve their employability and promote self-sufficiency. The organization offers vocational training programs during school holidays for students, and three intakes per year for non-school going individuals.
